PlayPendium is committed to making playpendium.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to meet the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across the site's core experience, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one‑time task.

What we do

Across the portal and many of our games we provide, where practical:

Keyboard navigation for menus, browsing, and many games — playable without a mouse.
Screen‑reader support through semantic structure and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
"Skip to content" links so keyboard and screen‑reader users can bypass repeated navigation.
Color‑blind modes and high‑contrast options in games where color carries meaning.
Adjustable text size and readable font options.
Reduced‑motion support that respects your system "reduce motion" preference.
Sufficient color contrast and clear focus indicators in the portal interface.

Known limitations

Our catalogue includes hundreds of original games with very different mechanics. Some — particularly fast‑action, timing‑based, or highly visual games — cannot yet be made fully accessible to every user or assistive technology, and support varies from game to game. We are continually improving coverage and prioritize the portal and the most‑played titles.

Ongoing work

We review accessibility as we build and update games, and we welcome reports that help us find and fix barriers. Accessibility improvements are released regularly.
